Hi, I’m Joe Stickel, founder of Seeds of Virtue — a mission-driven curriculum designed to nurture the character, mindset, and resilience of young children during their most formative years.
As a father of two, a former military leader, an educator, and a business owner with decades of experience, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful the early years are — and how much of a child’s potential is shaped not just by what they learn, but by who they believe they are.
I’ve owned and operated one of the most respected early childhood education franchises in the country, and over the years I’ve watched parents and teachers alike struggle with a common challenge: standard academic curriculum can teach ABCs and 123s — but it doesn’t teach children how to be strong, kind, resilient human beings.

 This curriculum was born out of a desire to fill the gap I saw every day — a gap between academic learning and character development. Children need more than worksheets and assessments. They need purpose. They need grounding. They need to feel strong from within.
